Your rental agreement is formed with the provider listed in your confirmation voucher, not with this platform.
Booking Process
When you submit a reservation request, you authorize an advance payment to secure your booking. The voucher you receive contains the provider's contact details, vehicle specifications, pick-up instructions, insurance coverage, and payment terms. Any amount beyond the advance is settled according to the voucher conditions.
Confirmation depends on vehicle availability at the time of processing. We relay information between you and the provider but do not guarantee specific models or features.
Provider Relationship
Each provider sets its own policies for fuel, mileage limits, driver requirements, coverage options, and additional fees. These appear in your voucher. Disputes about vehicle condition, damage claims, or service quality are handled directly with the provider named in your confirmation.
Liability Limitations
This platform provides information and booking tools. We are not liable for:
- Vehicle mechanical issues or roadside incidents
- Changes to provider terms after voucher issuance
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or administrative procedures
- Third-party actions during your rental period
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate driver information, hold a valid license recognized in Morocco, and meet the age requirements stated in your voucher. Misrepresentation can result in booking cancellation without refund of the advance payment.
Modifications and Cancellations
Contact us through the details on the contact page to request changes. Refund eligibility depends on the provider's policy and the timing of your request. Some bookings carry non-refundable advance payments.
