Quick answers to questions about the booking process, voucher conditions, and practical details when collecting a vehicle through this service in Morocco.
You search for your pick-up location and dates, compare vehicles from local suppliers, and pay an advance online with a card. Within hours you receive a voucher by email. That voucher contains the full rental agreement, contact details of the local company, and the address where you collect the keys.
The voucher lists the vehicle class, pick-up and drop-off details, insurance coverage, mileage allowance, fuel policy, additional driver rules, and the remaining balance due at the counter. It also shows the supplier's phone number in case you need to call ahead.
Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Date changes depend on availability and the supplier's policy. Most adjustments are possible if requested at least 48 hours before pick-up, though fees may apply depending on how close you are to the original start date.
Bring your passport, a valid driving licence held for the minimum period stated in your voucher, a credit card in the driver's name, and the printed or digital voucher. Some suppliers accept debit cards; check your voucher for specifics. International licences may be required for non-Latin alphabet documents.
Minimum age is typically 21 years, with at least one year of driving experience. Drivers under 25 may face a young-driver supplement. Certain vehicle categories-luxury sedans, large SUVs-require you to be 25 or older. Your voucher will specify any age restrictions for your chosen class.
Most agreements operate full-to-full: you collect the vehicle with a full tank and return it full. Fuel stations like Afriquia, Shell, and TotalEnergies are widespread on major routes. If you return the vehicle without refuelling, the supplier will charge for the missing litres plus a service fee.
Cross-border and ferry travel require written permission from the supplier and additional insurance cover. Not all companies allow it. If you plan to take the Tanger-Tarifa or Tanger Med-Algeciras ferry, mention this when you request a quote so we can connect you with a supplier that permits such trips.
Your voucher contains the supplier's emergency contact number. Call them directly for roadside assistance, accident reporting, or mechanical problems. They manage the fleet and can dispatch help or arrange a replacement. Our team is available Mon-Sun 8:00-19:00 GMT+1 at +212 522 274 951 if you need help resolving a billing or documentation question.
The booking advance secures your reservation. Any remaining balance, extras like GPS or child seats, and fuel charges are settled at the supplier's counter according to the terms in your voucher. You pay the balance directly to the local company, not to this booking service.
