This booking service requires an advance payment online to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is settled at the rental counter according to terms specified in your voucher.
Online Booking Advance
When you complete a reservation through this platform, you pay an advance by credit card. This transaction secures your vehicle allocation and sends a voucher to your email. Accepted cards:
- Visa (credit cards issued worldwide)
- Mastercard (credit cards issued worldwide)
The advance represents a portion of the total rental amount. Payment processing is handled securely through certified gateways. You receive immediate confirmation once the transaction clears.
Balance Payment at Counter
Your voucher outlines how the local rental company collects the remaining balance. Most accept both cards and cash, though policies vary by operator. Check your voucher carefully before arriving at the desk - some suppliers work exclusively with credit cards, while others welcome debit cards or Moroccan dirham notes.
Credit Cards
Visa and Mastercard credit cards are widely accepted at rental counters across Morocco - CMN airport, RAK Marrakech Menara, Casablanca city offices, and Agadir branches.
Debit Cards
Acceptance depends on the rental company. Some suppliers process debit Visa or Mastercard; others require credit facilities. Your voucher specifies which card types the operator accepts.
Cash (MAD)
Certain local companies accept Moroccan dirham banknotes for the balance. This option is detailed in your booking voucher if available with your chosen supplier.
What Is Not Required
This service does not ask for a deposit at the rental counter as part of its standard booking flow. A deposit is a separate hold some suppliers may request; that practice is governed by the terms written in your voucher. The online advance payment and any counter deposit are distinct transactions serving different purposes.
