No Deposit Car Rental in Morocco

Traditional rental desks in Casablanca or Marrakech often block several hundred euros on your credit card as a security deposit. Our partner suppliers skip that step. When you confirm your reservation you pay a booking advance online - by debit card, credit card or another method listed on our payment methods page. No hold is placed on your card at pick-up.

The voucher in your inbox tells you exactly what to bring: driving licence held for at least one year, ID or passport, and the card you used for the advance. Some suppliers accept debit cards; others allow cash settlement if the voucher says so. Read your voucher carefully because each rental company sets its own rules.

You sign the contract directly with the local operator. Coverage, mileage limits and fuel policy appear in black and white on the voucher. If you want extra protection or a child seat, the desk will offer them - those extras are not included in the advance and are invoiced separately.

Your confirmation email arrives within minutes of booking. Open the PDF voucher and verify these points:

• Payment schedule: advance paid online, balance due at the counter.
• Accepted cards: credit, debit or cash - the voucher names exactly which types the supplier will take.
• Included coverage: third-party liability is mandatory in Morocco; collision damage waiver and theft protection may be included or optional.
• Mileage: unlimited or a daily cap, with per-kilometre charges beyond the limit.
• Fuel policy: usually full-to-full; you collect the car with a full tank and return it full.
• Additional drivers: some suppliers allow one extra driver free; others charge a small daily fee.
